What are your delivery/shipping times?

Our shipping hubs are strategically distributed around the world, with locations in Italy, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US. Your order will be dispatched from one of these four logistic facilities for the most efficient delivery possible.

The delivery time is in addition to the lens processing and/or product sourcing time (if there is any) and starts from the date that we ship the order. 

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

Kindly note that we can still source items that aren’t currently in stock which usually takes around 5-11 working days before shipment. You may refer to the product page for confirmation.

Regular/Standard Delivery:

The delivery time usually takes 5-12 days, depending on your location. You may double-confirm this on the cart page.

Express Delivery:

Express delivery is available for selected products at an extra fee. If available, you will see the option during checkout with the shipping fee details and expected delivery time. 

Express delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. If there is no shipping option, you can get an express courier depending on your location.

Invoice:

Please note that every country has its own import policy. Local customs officials will perform random checks that sometimes require personal documents as part of the clearance process.
